Refund & Return Policy

Returns

You can return most items within 30 from the date you received them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • With all tags and labels still attached (if applicable)

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within30 Days. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please first check your bank account. If the refund is not there, contact your card issuer or bank as there may be some processing delays.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. We may offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
